Brian Rohrenbach, former president of the Farmers Union of Dakota County, has become an expert of Social Security. It has no effect on the national debt except that the treasury borrows money from its fund. It is not a social program; it is insurance. It does need some tweaking to keep up with what it is spending, but it will never run out of money.
