Ramsey County Commissioner Victoria Reinhardt was first elected to the District 7 seat in 1996. After 28 years of consequential service, particularly to her Pilgrim House constituents, she has chosen to retire. In addition to being Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners and its Budget Committee, she serves on multiple local, state and national boards and committees, and has presented internationally on environmental issues. Commissioner Reinhardt will talk about the development of Rice Creek Commons, the expanded services at the Recycling and Energy Center, and other issues such as transportation, housing, health and social services, including prevention of domestic abuse, and libraries. She has received many awards in recognition of her service, including being named Commissioner of the year in 2012 by the Association of Minnesota Counties.
Commissioner Reinhardt earned her Bachelor’s degree in 1996, a M.B.A. in 1999 and a Doctorate of Public Administration in 2007.
