Connecting Through the Struggle

We will continue our exploration of this year’s theme, “Activism in an Age of Compassion Fatigue,” by bringing the questions closer to home. In a world that seems intent on dividing us from one another, how can we connect across differences when so much is at stake? Is it possible to have a reasonable conversation “across the aisle”? Using story and demonstration, we will find ways to come together even when it feels like a struggle.
